Shipping and Returns ( For sarees) 

1. Order once placed cannot be cancelled.

2. We do not provide Fall, Pico(Edging), Charakh(Roll Pressing) and Backing-Packing application on Partial Cash on Delivery Orders.

3. Sarees without Fall, Pico(Edging) and Charakh(Roll Pressing) application are shipped in 1-3 business day. 

4. Sarees with Fall and Pico(Edging) application are shipped in 3-5  business days.

 5. Sarees with Fall Pico and Charakh(Roll Pressing) /Backing-Packing application are shipped in 4-6 business days. 

6. Quality of the saree is double checked by our team and is wrapped in secure packaging before dispatch. 

7. Sarees are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

Shipping And Returns ( Suits) 

1. Suits are shipped in 1-2 business days 

2. Quality of the suit is double checked by our team and is wrapped in secure packaging before dispatch. 

Payments:

1. We have several payment options provided by our payment partner Razorpay and GoKwik.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with 20% of the order to be paid upfront and 80% to be paid on delivery.

3.In the event that a COD order is cancelled while the order is processing or refused upon attempted delivery, the 20% paid amount will be forfeited with no refunds.

4.If the customer wants redelivery, Only when the remaining balance + shipping costs has been paid in advance will the package be released.

1. Sarees, Dupattas, Shawls and Stoles are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

2. Suits are eligible for returns and exchanges within 7 days from date of delivery. 

3. For the above, the customer has to bear courier cost. For exchange, coupon code will be issued. For return, the amount will be transferred to source. The refund initiation will be reflected in the customers account in 5-7 days.
