To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
International orders are dispatched reputed companies such as Aramex, DHL, etc. and delivery time is 10-15 days depending on the region. The customer will have to pay import customs duty if such duty is applicable in the destination country on handloom products sourced from India. Handloom Emporium shall not be responsible for payment of any duties.

3) Shipping Prices are calculated at checkout depending upon the weight of the order and the destination country.
Shipping and Returns ( Sarees)
1. Sarees without fall, peeko and charakh application are shipped in 1 business day.
2. Sarees with fall and Peeko application are shipped in 2-4 business days.
3. Sarees with fall peeko and charakh application are shipped in 3-5 business days.
4. Quality of the saree is double checked by our team and is wrapped in secure packaging before dispatch.
5. Sarees are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
Shipping And Returns ( Suits)
1. Suits are shipped in 1-2 business days
2. Quality of the suit is double checked by our team and is wrapped in secure packaging before dispatch.
3. Suits sold outside India are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
Shipping And Returns ( Dupattas)
1. Dupattas are shipped in 1-2 business days , Dupattas with charakh application are shipped in 2-3 business days.
2. Quality of the dupatta is double checked by our team and is wrapped in secure packaging before dispatch.
3. Dupattas are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
Shipping And Returns ( Shawls and Stoles)
1. Shawls and Stoles are shipped in 1-2 business days.
2. Quality of the shawl/stole is double checked by our team and is wrapped in secure packaging before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped we will intimate you regarding the tracking information on mail, Whatsapp, and message.
Please Note:
In case any defect is found during the quality checking of sarees/suits/dupattas/shawls/stoles , the customer will be contacted and Refunded for that part of the order. The refund initiated will be reflected in the customers account within 5-7 days.
Weaving discontinuations are common in handloom sarees (read: handwoven sarees), they are not defects, It’s the nature of handloom sarees.
