- Color: Handloom fabrics use natural dyes, and slight variations in color can occur. We use high-quality product photography, but differences in screen calibration can also affect how colors appear.
- Weaving imperfections: Slight irregularities in the weave pattern are a hallmark of handcrafted textiles and add to their unique charm. These are not considered defects.
- Border variations: Some sarees, especially those woven on traditional looms, may have slight variations in the border design due to the weaving process.
Here's what we guarantee:
- Authenticity: We source our sarees directly from weavers across India, ensuring you receive a genuine handloom product.
- Quality: We inspect each saree for overall quality and adherence to the design.

1. Email:
- In most cases, upon successful payment, you'll receive an email confirmation from Handloom Emporium containing your order details and a link to your payment receipt (usually a PDF).
2. Online Account (if available):
- If Handloom Emporium offers customer account creation, you might be able to view your payment receipt by logging in to your account and accessing your order history. Look for a section titled "Order Details," "Order Confirmation," or "Invoices" where you can download your receipt.
3. Contacting Customer Support:
- If you cannot locate your receipt through email or an online account, you can always contact Handloom Emporium's customer support team. They can provide you with a copy of your receipt via email or answer any questions you may have about your order.
Please note that since our products are handwoven, we mostly have one product of each kind at a time. Also, as the fabrics are pure and the weaves delicate, each garment requires very
careful handling. We dispatch all our products after thorough quality check to ensure no defective product is sold. Hence, we are able to offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges only in
extreme circumstances.
1) Sarees and duppattas are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellations.
2) Suits bought from www.handloomemporium.com are eligible for return and exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please note the exchange and return window closes at the end of 7 days.
3) To place a return/exchange request , please mail on handloomemporiumjaipur@gmail.
4) Return courier must be borne by the customer.
5) In the case of refund, it will be issued only after thorough checking of the product by our team in the respective bank accounts / UPI IDs of the customer after deducting 10% from the product price. The refund initiated will be reflected in the customers account within 5-7 days.
6) In the case of exchange, as soon as we receive the product and its quality check , a credit coupon of the product price will be shared with the customer post which the customer can place the order for the desired product again. The coupon is redeemable on website only.
7) Management has the right to deny refund or exchange if the quality of the product is hampered. In that case the product will be sent to the customer again.
Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our sarees, we may not always be able to restock every design once it sells out. However, we understand the disappointment of missing a coveted piece! Here are some ways we can help:
- Sign up for notifications: If you see a saree you love and it's out of stock, many of our product pages allow you to sign up for email notifications. We'll inform you if the item becomes available again.
- Explore similar styles: Use our search filters by fabric, color, or style to discover similar sarees that might pique your interest.
- New arrivals: We regularly add new sarees to our collection. Browse our "New Arrivals" section to see the latest additions.
- Contact us: If you have a particular saree in mind that's out of stock, feel free to contact us. We can check with our weavers and see if restocking is possible. While we can't guarantee availability, we'll do our best to assist you.
We are delighted to offer international shipping for our sarees! We currently ship to a wide range of countries. The system will calculate shipping costs and inform you if international shipping is available to your destination.
